Effective October 19, 2026Appify provides a free Shopify discount audit and campaign deactivation tool. Contact the developer at creationsappify@gmail.com about this policy or your data.When you install the app, we process your Shopify store domain, app authorization credentials and session data required to authenticate access. Shopify’s session integration may include identifying information for the authorized store staff user.We read your discount campaign configuration, codes, status, expiry dates, usage limits and approximate usage counts to display the audit. When you block or restore a campaign, we store its identifier, title, representative code, saved schedule and protection state, plus an action history with timestamps. We do not request access to customer profiles, orders, payment information or storefront browsing activity.We use this information to authenticate your store, display the discount audit, carry out actions you confirm, provide restoration and action history, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your information or use discount data for advertising.The app is hosted on Fly.io. Shopify and our hosting provider process data needed to deliver and secure the service. Support messages are handled through the email provider used for creationsappify@gmail.com. Information may be processed outside your country.We retain session and protection records while the app is installed so that authentication and restoration can work. The authenticated uninstallation webhook deletes app sessions, protection records and action history for the store. Shopify’s shop data erasure webhook also deletes these records when Shopify sends its erasure request. We also process the required Shopify customer privacy webhooks; the app does not maintain shopper records.You can request access, correction or deletion of your app data by emailing us from an address associated with your store and providing its .myshopify.com domain. We may ask for verification. Deleting app records does not itself reactivate Shopify discounts. Restore campaigns before requesting deletion or uninstalling if you need them active.We use HTTPS and authenticated Shopify access to operate the app. No service can guarantee complete security. We may update this policy as the service changes; the effective date above identifies the current version.
